Acidic silicone sealant is a one-component, solvent-free elastomeric sealant that cures at room temperature through reaction with atmospheric moisture, featuring a distinctive acidic odor during the curing process due to the release of acetic acid; it exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including glass, aluminum, ceramic, and most plastics (excluding some porous materials), forms a flexible and durable seal after full curing which can withstand moderate temperature fluctuations (typically from -50°C to 150°C), possesses good resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and general weathering factors, ensuring long-term performance without obvious aging, cracking, or peeling, and also has certain resistance to water, weak acids, and alkalis, making it suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments.
